We should all raise our environmental awareness, voluntarily reduce non-degradable plastics, and use degradable, recyclable paper products instead. Because paper is not water- or tear-resistant and cannot be reused long-term, we developed and now produce a new degradable material — washable kraft paper (washable, dry-cleanable, rub-proof when soaked, tear-resistant, sewable, water-resistant and breathable).

Its main raw material is natural plant fibre (free of harmful substances), recyclable after use and landfill-degradable (as compost), saving energy. Plastic is a thing of the past; choose eco.

Material & Care

Washable kraft paper uses natural plant fibre (wood and bamboo fibre) as its main raw material — biodegradable and recyclable, recognised by FSC, GRS and SGS, containing no harmful substances and skin- and food-friendly. It can be washed in a typical home machine at MEDIUM temperature (about 40°C/104°F) with normal detergent (powder or liquid, no fabric softener).

• A dimensionally stable material that does not shrink or stretch but wrinkles slightly when washed, taking on a natural vintage look.
• Can be tumble-dried and ironed at a warm setting.
• Can be embroidered by hand or machine.
